At Kawasaki Original Parts, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official Kawasaki Original Parts labels and tags remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
